John is a 2006 graduate of LSU Health Sciences Center–New Orleans and completed his Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2008 at Rocky Mountain University in Provo, Utah.

He has practiced physical therapy in Metairie, LA, Birmingham, AL, as well as Charleston, SC before returning home to Lafayette and joining MTS in 2014.

He is experienced in the management of a variety of injuries/conditions and also has experience and interest in the compliance and regulatory components of our profession. He is married to Dr. Melanie Bienvenu and is the proud father of Cecilia, Elijah, and Cole.
