Certified Hand Therapist
Conducts medically prescribed evaluations and treatments to restore function and prevent disability following disease, injury or loss of a body part. This includes highly specialized knowledge and skills in evaluating, assessing and treating upper extremity/hand dysfunction.
Physical Therapist
Conducts physical therapy evaluations and conducts prescribed physical therapy programs to assist patient participation in tasks to restore, reinforce and enhance physical performance and facilitate learning of skills essential for adaptation of an altered lifestyle.
Physical Therapist - Hospital Based
Conducts physical therapy evaluations and conducts prescribed physical therapy programs to assist patient participation in tasks to restore, reinforce and enhance physical performance and facilitate learning of skills essential for adaptation of an altered lifestyle in a hospital based setting.
Occupational Therapist
Organizes and conducts Occupational Therapy programs to facilitate rehabilitation of the mentally or physically disabled.
Speech Pathologist
Conducts evaluation and treatment of communication, cognitive, and swallowing disorders to enhance ability to communicate basic needs, to function cognitively at a maximal level, and to consume oral nutrition safely in the least restrictive manner.
Patient Access Representative
Under the supervision of the Clinical Supervisor, the Patient Access Representative will provide both clerical and office support services. This position involves greeting patients and guests; checking in and out patients; scheduling patients for future visits; collecting payments; insurance verification; and cross training to provide support to all front office staff.
Rehab Technician
This position consists of assisting to maintain a smooth flow of activity in the clinic under the supervision of a licensed physical or occupational therapist. This includes preparing treatment rooms, escorting patients to rooms, providing appropriate treatment per therapist instructions, notifying therapists that patients are ready for treatment, and overseeing aquatic and gym exercise programs for adult wellness programs.
